Today is a short day going from Lake Pukaki to Tekapo, this will be the start of the Alps to Ocean Cycle trail. I am super excited that Rachel my Wife will be joining me on the Alps to Ocean. Todays ride was actually doing a huge chunk of stage 1 but backwards It was an early day as Rachel arrived at midday . It was riding next to the channel mostly , the colour of the water is just so unique it is a lovely teal and you can see trout every now and again. Tekapo is a lovely little town but very busy.
